Based in Adelaide, South Australia, DJ 2J AKA Matt Tolley is a name which is quickly earning a reputation as one of SA’s premier trance DJs.

Soon after Matt was offered residencies by Adelaide’s no 1 trance night Trancefusion, as well as Earth Nightclub for there Karma & Altitude nights.

Production is also a big interest to Matt and he is currently working on some mashups with local trance DJ Steve R and production of a new tune with Cetra, another local trance DJ and founder of Trance SA (www.trancesa.com)
As trance makes it way back in Adelaide, 2J is a name to keep an eye on, and one you can expect to see posted on many trance flyers over the coming years!
He likes to play a range of different genres from progressive house to progressive trance, trance and tech trance, but his main preference is tech trance.
His role models include; Above & Beyond – ‘their music is always a real inspiration to me specially the Tri State album’, Marcus Schossow, W & W, Ummet Ozcan, Jochen Miller, Simon Gain, and some of the best sets he’s seen and shown him how a real set should be done are Kyau & Albert, Markus Schulz and Eddie Halliwell.
His ultimate dream as a DJ would be to play at big events and festivals such as Sensation White, Global Gathering UK, Ibiza and Trance Energy in Europe.
