BlazV, or Blaz Vrecko from Celje (Slovenia), long time trance producer, started to produce more of an electro tunes with a raw analog athmosphere, pumping beat and lots of energy in early 2007 . His early efforts didn't go unnoticed, and with support of some of the leading electro house DJs in his region as well as complete support from danish label Loopfreaks, quite some releases followed and practicaly all got a great response. With numerous remixes it was his solo release Breaindead / Electro Freak that got the most attention with the public, but the time of electro was short lived.

In 2008, BlazV started to fall more and more under the minimal influence, working on both his solo minimal productions, like Mass miner, showcasing his new minimal techno style as well as a coop with DJ Slider, resoulting in 2 tracks:Atomic in known electro blazV style and it's remix, brand new, minimal styled track, Protonic, with both releases having admirable prerelease support. With that, he finaly found a way that is true to himself, returning to techno that he was a long time fan of, and colaborations with djs like Viktoria Rebeka and Slider, he started to produce altogether new style of music. His next release, Minus EP, was also the most successful by him to date, reaching 21 on Beatport minimal chart. With it came requests, and at end of 2008, BlazV provided remixes for two fellow Slovenian DJs, DJ Valentine and Replacement DJ . Even more collaborations with Slider and Viktoria Rebeka also explored deeper minimal and tech house music at that time.

In 2009, his style is evolving more into techno and much less into true minimal. More drive, more energy. Less deep. And with exciting new material forthcoming, his music will prove that!

In 2009, BlazV decided to participate in Open Decks Project, run by club Inbox, Ljubljana, which led to his first official gig as BlazV in Inbox. After that, he also played at Klubar, Kranj and on one of the last parties in Escape, Celje. Still, he is hungry for more and with any luck he will gig a lot more in the future, so stay tuned.
